 <note>Objective: to determine the relationship between soft drink consumption and physical activity with
obesity incidence among visitors of karebosi on december 2014 - january 2015. Methods:
observational study by cross-sectional designed. Samples are visitor Karebosi Makassar with doing
physical activity in 2014-2015 taken by using technique non-probability sampling with purposive
sampling method. Results: The number of samples involved in this study were 35 respondents. The
most common interpretation of physical activity as much as 22 respondents (53.7%), type of soft
drink consumed 21 respondents (51.2%). Conclusion : In this study, the results of the KolmogorovSmirnov test alternative with p= 0.244 (p≤ 0.05) which means that there is no significant relationship
between soft drink consumption with incidence obesity. And the obtained p value = 0.816 (p≤ 0.05)
which means that there is no significant relationship between soft drink consumption with obesity.
