Background: This study aimed to determine the relationship between the Influence of position reading, reading distance and lighting conditions when read against a sharp decline penglihan. This syndrome can be affected by various risk factors, either individually or factors of the computer in use. Methods: This study is a cross sectional study. Sub-population is class 5-6 SD. The data is taken is primary data that researchers gave questionnaires to the respondent. Data analysis used was chi-square test. Results: This study in get 83 samples in which 38 people were poor position to read, 46 people were badly distance reading and 35 people were poor lighting conditions while reading it. After examination found 22 people who experienced a sharp decline penglihatan.Dan based analysis of the data after connecting, all variables found to be valid.
