Background : Cigarettes are processed tobacco wrapped cigars or other forms,tobacco contains more than 4000 elements and 200 of which are harmful to health,such as tar,nicotine,and carbon monoxide.Teenagers in SMKN 1 Limbung is an individual who like to try new things such as cigarette. Objective : To determine the correlation between knowledge,attitude,and family history with smoking behaviour of male teenagers in SMKN 1 Limbung. Method : This research was carried out in SMKN 1 Limbung using cross sectional study. Data analysis techniquers used are descriptive statistics using chi square test.Samples are 87 male students of SMKN 1 Limbung. Result : The Result are 17 respondents (19,5%) with regularly smoke category,9 respondents (10,3%) didn’t smoke regularly,and 61 respondents (70,1%) with never smoke category.Statistical anaysis showed that there was no correlation between knowledge and smoking behaviour of male teenagers in SMKN 1 limbung (p value = 0,010), and there is a correlation between family history with smoking behaviour of male teenagers in SMKN 1 Limbung (p value = 0,00). Conclusion : There is no correlation between attitude and smoking behaviour of male teenagers in SMKN 1 Limbung,there is a significant correlation between attitude and family history with smoking behaviour of male teenagers in SMKN 1 Limbung.
