Objectives:This research titled is the relation of emotional intelligence and stress levels in student class of 2014 in medical students of Muhammadiyah Makassar University. This research used analytic method of cross sectional study. The population was students at Faculty of Medicine of Muhammadiyah Makassar University. Samples of this research were 5 students with total sampling method. Researcher used a questionnaire based on the theory of Goleman’s emotional intelligence and Depression, anxiety, and Stress Scale questionnaire.
