BACKGROUND : Dyspepsia syndrome is one of the incommunicable disease that have a high incidence rate around globe and become a common health problem and often in daily doctor’ examination room. Approximately almost 30% cases of dyspepsia syndrome discovered in practical room and 60% cases in gastroenterology. In Indonesia, approximately almost 30% patients comes to practitioner is the patient with dyspepsia problem. Patients who comes to gastroenterologist is about 60% with dyspepsia problem. .PURPOSE : To determine the correlation between eating irregularity with the incidence of functional dyspepsia syndrome in medical students of Muhammadiyah Makassar University 2015 METODE: This study uses an analytical observational with cross sectional approach. The amount of respondents are 161. The respondents was chosen by purposive sampling technique. The data was analyzed using Chi-Square Test on SPSS 21 version.
