Objectives: the research aims to determine the relation between knowledge, attidude, and behavior of mother prevention of ARI with ARI incident history in children under 5 years in Lumpue Community Health Center. Methods: this research type is analytic observational study with cross sectional approach, retrieval of data from independent and dependent variables are done at the same time. Research time of March 2015. Samples were taken by purposive sampling with the number of respondents who obtained are 45 people who fit the criteria for inclusion and exclusion. Results: there is a relation between mother's knowledge with ARI insident history in children under 5 years (p=0.000), there is a relation between maternal attitude with ARI incident history in children under 5 years (p=0.005), and there the correlation between mother’s behavior in the prevention with ARI incident history in children under 5 years (p=0.000). Conclusion: There are relation between knowledge, attidude, and behavior of mother prevention of ARI with ARI incident history in children under 5 years in Lumpue Community Healt center.
