Objective: The purpose of this study is to know the effect of physical activities to allergic rhinitis’ severity. Method: This study used a cross sectional design with a number of research subjects were 55 samples obtained using a simple random sampling technique. The data obtained from questionnaire and medical record then analyzed by chi-square test. Result: The statistic test done on relationship of physical activities to allergic rhinitis’ severity results p value = 0,009 (p < 0,05). Conclusion: There is a effect of physical activities to allergic rhinitis’ severity, where doing the physical activities in the morning will make the disease milder and someone doing his/her physical activities besides morning time will make his/her disease more severe than someone doing it on the morning.
